Randolph School of English

The Randolph School of English is in one of the most beautiful parts of Edinburgh, on the 1st floor of a 19th century Georgian building, just round the corner from Princes Street.

We are a small school, proud of the personal care and attention we can give you, and able to respond to your needs individually, from the beginning to the end of your course. We have 5 classrooms, a small computer room for students’ use, small class sizes, accommodation arranged through Homestay, and a very friendly and supportive approach.

The Director’s door is always open and she is there to meet you every day to discuss any concerns and answer questions you may have. Our teachers are welcoming and well qualified, and are carefully selected for their professionalism, experience, warmth and commitment,

The School runs General English courses throughout the year, integrating sessions on Scotland to give an insight into our culture, customs and history, and as part of a varied social programme, we offer Scottish evenings with dancing and singing, and pub visits where we can all meet and get to know each other better.
