Telford College

Telford is a large and welcoming college of further education, where students often progress from English Language courses to one of the many vocational or professional courses available in the college.

With over 20,000 students, studying everything from graphic design to cookery, accountancy and engineering, it has a brand new waterfront campus, complete with wi-fi, interactive whiteboards, student computers and a Learning Resource Centre, with dedicated facilities for English Language learners.

Every full-time student has a tutor, who advises on living in Scotland, timetable choices, and further courses. Teachers are well-qualified. Classes are busy, but relaxed, with a mix of nationalities, and students are encouraged to work with partners from other countries.

As well as tutor support, we can help you find accommodation; pick you up at the airport; help you write your CV or find a part-time job, and help you to apply for university. There are also support sessions for international students; sports and other clubs at the Students’ Union and an active social programme designed to help you enjoy college and city life.
